For the first time in India you can book a car online. Pay the 'Booking amount' by clicking "BOOK NOW" button. You can pay by using your Credit/Debit card or Inter-bank transfer. Incase you prefer the Cheque payment mode - please inform us the best suitable time and our authorised dealer partners will be happy to collect the cheque from your address.
2.What are the next step after booking the car?
Our 'After sales team' will contact you to confirm your booking details withing 24hours of the booking. MYNEWCAR will co-ordinate with the dealer and will act as your personal concierge to keep you updated untill your car is delivered. The balance payment will be paid to the dealer at the time of delivery.
3.How can I cancel my booking?
For cancellation - please write an email to MYNEWCAR on 'firstname.lastname@example.org' with your booking details. MYNEWCAR will refund the full booking amount within 2 working days if cancellation is done within 48hours of booking online on our website. If cancellation is done after 48hours from online booking or if the booking amount is paid directly to the dealer; MYNEWCAR team will co-ordinate with the dealer to process your refund.
4.How will the car be delivered?
The car will be delivered by MYNEWCAR Authorised Dealer partner in your respective city.
5.Will cars booked on this website have manufacturer warranty and after sales support?
Yes. The purchases will carry appropriate warranty as provided by Authorised dealers. MYNEWCAR's 'After sales team' and our partner dealers will provide after sales services.
